Welcome to Chili's Grill and Bar

Valenti Southeast Management acquired 9 Chili's Grill and Bar from Brinker as well as development rights for much of Mississippi and Alabama. The Chili's brand has grown to 12 Chili's restaurants and employees 1,000 Chiliheads.

Chili's is involved in the community with various local events such as Gadsden Riverfest and Southern Thunder. Chili's has a 50 million dollar commitment to St Jude's Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, TN and Valenti supports this national fundraising effort by participating in the September month long fundraiser by selling T-shirts, Create A Pepper program and Donate the Profits Day.
